New User Bonus Program - Terms and Conditions

After registering with us through designated channels, you will be eligible to receive the New User Bonus available in the Reward center.

• Upon completing the required new user task displayed in OKX reward center, you will be eligible for a personalised New User Bonus. Please refer to OKX app for the detailed requirement and reward amount.

• Eligible trades include those conducted under advanced mode orderbook trade, express buy/sell with AED, and conversions.

Terms & Conditions:

• You must complete the required trade within 30 days of account registration.

• Rewards will be distributed within 14 days after conditions are met and verified. Rewards may be restricted from trading or withdrawal for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. To unlock the reward, the user must maintain a portfolio balance above the required threshold for a cumulative total of 30 days within the 90-day window following the reward grant date (please refer to OKX app for the required portfolio balance threshold). The 30 qualifying days do not need to be consecutive. If the requirement is not met within this timeframe, the reward may be forfeited, reversed, or otherwise reclaimed at OKX’s sole discretion.

• Rewards must be claimed within 30 days from issuance.

• Track your earned rewards on Reward center > New user bonus on our website and app.

• Please note that rewards value may fluctuate and may not be equal when withdrawn due to market changes. The price of digital assets, including stablecoins, are subject to fluctuation. Due to such price fluctuations, your assets value may increase or decrease at any moment.

• OKX reserves the right to review and control situations involving fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake registrations or identify verification.

• Any violation of these terms or the OKX Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.

• Distribution of rewards may be delayed due to system issues or other special circumstances. Contact our customer support if rewards are not received 14 days after completion of the trading requirements.

• OKX retains the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts as per applicable laws and OKX's terms of service.

• OKX reserves the right to terminate or modify the program's terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
