Theo's architecture is particularly 'financially savvy': The base layer is a government bond yield pool, the middle layer consists of structured products (similar to fund strategies), and the top layer includes liquidity channels (LP, collateral, lending). The entire design essentially replicates Wall Street's 'market microstructure' one-to-one. While he has high standards for work, Mr. L is also an extremely warm person. If the winter sun could take on a human form, it would surely be Mr. L's! 🌞 He cares deeply for every new member joining @pendle_fi and uses gentle pranks to help them integrate better into the team. While everyone cares about how high you can fly, Mr. L is the one who cares about whether you are tired or happy while flying. 🧚‍♀️ Whenever someone in the team encounters a bottleneck or something unhappy, everyone loves to seek Mr. L for comfort. The office is always lively with Mr. L around; even the most introverted person in the team enjoys his presence. Thanks to Mr. L's efforts, Pendle's company culture has always been very healthy, gentle, and joyful. It makes me feel that I really won't be able to adapt to other companies in the future. -------- Not long ago, when I was under a lot of stress, Mr. L would take me and my colleagues out to eat and drink, from Korean BBQ to having a super indulgent breakfast in Japan: curry pork cutlet rice + cream fruit sandwich + ice cream. 🥪🍛🍦🥩 🦐🍤 Earlier today, he took my colleagues and me to eat the famous prawn noodles in Singapore, zhup zhup.
