I'm still excited by Ethereum as I was many years ago.
I'm also excited by lots of other chains.
That includes Bitcoin, L2s, and others (including the swath of new stablecoin chains)
What matters most is not what chain wins, but which chain has the most impact on changing the financial system and financial access.
I do not want to wake up in 30 years time, happy about my 'bags' or that 'my chain won', but the true impact was never realized.
Cults are powerful to keep momentum for a chain, but we should avoid them being sticky to the point that hinders progress.
The world can be so different in 30 years time thanks to crypto, and blockchains.
So let's keep an open mind and support teams/projects that want to see real change in the world.
