As one of the very few DATs who opted in to get a full shareholder vote for implementing a digital asset treasury strategy, the company today received 95%+ shareholder approval with a record vote turnout. This affirms the compelling vision we presented and our shareholders clearly share: to build the premier, institutional-grade gateway to the @avax ecosystem! Takeaway: turns out if you are convinced that you are building something long lasting with value accretion to your stakeholders, you are better off proactively seek their support in a transparent way. On the other hand, if you try to bypass a shareholder vote because you either worry it’s going to slow you down or worse outright reject your plan, well think again if what you plan to do is the right thing in the first place. DATs are not created equal. Those that do things in the most thoughtful, transparent and institutional manner will win at last.
