2nd Phase Swap Announcement:
Per our prior updates, the 2nd on-chain Swap is about to launch! This phase targets on-chain holders who acquired UXLINK after the hack incident but before the hacker’s illegal token inflation.
To ensure transparency, we’ve analyzed 65 Uniswap V4 pools and 5 Uniswap V3 pools across the Arbitrum network, with key data below:

For context: The 1st on-chain Swap has been completed, with holders who owned UXLINK before the hack receiving a 1:1 Swap (1st Phase Announcement:
Important Note: Due to the hacker’s illegal inflation of the old UXLINK contract (by millions of times), holders who acquired UXLINK on Arbitrum after the hacker’s inflation cannot get a proportional Swap to UXLINK on ETH. The old contract remains under the hacker’s control, and we will hand over solution discussions to the community while providing necessary support.

Attention holders on Arbitrum 🔔
Based on the community-approved proposal, the Phase 2 Swap Portal will open by the end of this month.
To protect existing holders and investors' interests, the Phase 2 Swap & Compensation will:
- Reference users’ average buy price before the illegal minted,
- compare it with the 7-day TWAP before Sept 22,
- exclude suspended or suspicious addresses.
This approach aligns with the same solution executed for CEXs, and CEXs swap is conducting one by one.
