We’re seeing a spike in Spark SSP failures, causing some outbound sat transfers to fail. All funds are safe. Flashnet’s internal health switch automatically pauses outbounds when issues arise, protecting users and preventing cascades. Overall swap success remains above 99.5%, and we’re resolving the remaining 0.5%. We’re working with the Spark team and our partners to patch the issue and roll out SSP v3, which fixes the root cause. We expect to be back online within 48 hours, once the update is merged and tested. Appreciate everyone’s patience and support during the highest-volume day in Spark’s history.
